I checked out subversion (svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/trunk subversion) and performed a "grep ASKPASS * -R": Only match in "contrib\client-side\emacs\psvn.el". So I doubt if subversion really supports SSH_ASKPASS.
