[PATCH v3 0/4] New proc-receive hook for centralized workflow

Before writing test cases, I want to make sure whether it is on the right direction.

Changes since v2:

* Implement a on-the-wire protocol, see commit 1/4.

* Refactor report() on both server and client side for reporting of
  proc-receive.
