Ah, the top-posting syndrome.
Old quote, but more valid than ever:

I find it almost comical that people do not realize how unnaturally they behave, and how hard they make it on their recipients, when they top-post.
Oh, and usually, I take top-posting as a clear sign that the poster is not worth replying to. Take this mail as a sign that I take care of what you said, _in spite of_ your top-posting.
