Huh? He is still blocked AFAICS: https://git.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/Special:BlockList

Definition of troll: In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into a desired emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.
I don't see any of those things. If his change was reverted with an appropriate comment, or his account was blocked *temporarily*, he wouldn't have had to post anything on this list.

That would make certain pages not useful: https://git.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/GitProjects
