[PATCH v2 03/36] refspec: factor out parsing a single refspec

From
BWBrandon Williams <bmwill@google.com>
Date
May 16, 2018, 22:57 UTC
Message-ID
<20180516225823.235426-4-bmwill@google.com>
In-Reply-To
<20180516225823.235426-1-bmwill@google.com>

Factor out the logic which parses a single refspec into its own function. This makes it easier to reuse this logic in a future patch.
