[PATCH 0/1] Mark messages for translations

Continuing with ths suggestions for improvements.

Racap since last time:

  1. Use 'test_i18ngrep' rather than 'grep'
Jeff King:
  2. Fix t1506
  
Previous changes:

  1. Lower-case letters at the beginning of error messages
  2. Past tense to present tense in some cases

  3. Fix `-cname=value` to say `-c <name>=<value>`
  4. Do not translate "BUG message"

  5. Fix parentheses on `_` macro
