[PATCH 2/4] Makefile: make ppc/sha1ppc.o depend on GIT-CFLAGS

Any rule that makes use of ALL_CFLAGS should depend on GIT-CFLAGS to avoid trouble. This one would not actually be affected by any build flags except the optimization level, so leaving the dependency out was mostly harmless.
