Hmph, if we need a brand new script, please make sure the 4-digit number is not taken, not just in the sources to released versions but by other topics that are in flight.

    $ git show origin/seen:t | grep t5567

should be empty, but it is not. It seems mm/lib-httpd-cgi-safe topic grabbed it.
