Message-ID
<f5fece9ce66e7e2f466afa1d3be346e4214af26f.1502241234.git.jonathantanmy@google.com>
In-Reply-To
<cover.1502241234.git.jonathantanmy@google.com>

alloc_packed_git() in packfile.c is duplicated from sha1_file.c. In a subsequent commit, alloc_packed_git() will be removed from sha1_file.c.
