[PATCH 0/6] builtin-remote

Hi,

this series introduces remote as a builtin, and fixes a long-standing bug (if you created a remote with --mirror, prune would not do the right thing).

I know it is pretty late in the game for 1.5.4, but then, I do not expect this to go into that version...
