[PATCH 19/19] object-file: drop USE_THE_REPOSITORY_VARIABLE

We do not depend on any global state anymore in "object-file.c", so we can now get rid of the USE_THE_REPOSITORY_VARIABLE preprocessor macro. Remove it.
