I'm not sure how you did it, but I already assented in the earlier thread (and am listed on the wiki) and still got the mail. But anyway, to be very clear:
YES, I agree to relicense all my contributions to test-lib.sh to GPLv2+ with the addition of the "or any later version" clause.
