Would this be less error-prone, and just as efficient?:

#define PATH_REMOTES "remotes/" #define LIT_STRLEN(S) ((sizeof(S) / sizeof(S[0])) -1) #define STRLEN_PATH_REMOTES LIT_STRLEN(PATH_REMOTES)
