I guess I just thought the guys trying to port Git to Windows might find it helpful as well. I don't really care myself.

I don't think it is a good idea to leave it like it is, because I think it is unreasonable to run Git traffic with Minimize-Delay TOS by default. If for no other reason, changing the TOS would at least make many networks happier.
