Great news.
I have some more. At Apache we are in the process of setting up official Git mirror of our SVN repository.

It may sound like nothing really big but first step (even small) is important. We are already discussing how we could change our work-flow if we have more powerful tools in place.

Personally, I would like to thank Git community for producing such great piece of software and supporting it here in very professional and vivid way.
