[PATCH] versioncmp: fix typo in versioncmp.c, t/t0022-crlf-rename.sh

The patch fixes two typos in two places. versoncmp.c: "fractionnal" -> "fractional" t/t0022-crlf-rename.sh: "similiarity" -> "similarity"

NFC only updating a comment and a test_description
