[PATCH v3 0/2] git-p4: improve formatting of numeric values

This patch-set contains patches designed to improve the way in which the git-p4 script reports files sizes and percentage values in an effort to improve the readability of the logged messages.

This third version of the patch-set adds an ack from Luke Diamand to patch 2/2.
