[PATCH 6/7] archive: match extensions from user-configured formats

This lets you configure a format like:
  [tarfilter "tgz"]
    command = gzip
    extension = tgz
    extension = tar.gz
and have it automatically used for "foo.tgz" or "foo.tar.gz".
