[PATCH 0/8] transport-helper: refspec support

Hi,

Here are the patches that allow transport helpers to be completely transparent by adding the remaining missing feature: pushing refspecs and deleting branches (old:new :delete).

These were already sent before, but dropped in later patch series because Junio didn't like some name.

Apparently Git v2.0 is already advertising this feature, but it's missing the actual patches.
