[PATCH B v4 0/5] git config: reorganization

This patch series is the first of a two parts reorganization for more maintainability and user friendliness.

The main change is the switch to use parseopt which provides a nicer help usage dialog. The rest of the changes take advantage of the initial reorganization to do more strict option parsing.
