Oops.
You just ran "dos2unix" on all the *git* files!
Which certainly explains why all your old objects got corrupted!

To avoid this error in the future, may I suggest using
	git ls-files -z | xargs -0 dos2unix
or similar. Please DO NOT write to the .git/objects directory.
