Anyone else getting issues connecting to git.kernel.org sites? http://www.isup.me/git.kernel.org is reporting that it is up sometimes and down sometimes, and I have resolved some resources fine earlier (for example git.kernel.org/?p=git/git.git;a=tree;h=todo;hb=todo) however everything fails for me now.

Any ideas?
