git's advice currently has no restriction for adding files of size >50 mb which allows people to add multiple lines of code without any restriction making testing of code and PR reviews very difficult.

Proposed solution :-
> Add an advice which checks peoples git size and push the message so that it doesn't make the code reviews messy.
