Set this in /etc/cgitrc

mimetype.gif=image/gif mimetype.html=text/html mimetype.jpg=image/jpeg mimetype.jpeg=image/jpeg mimetype.pdf=application/pdf mimetype.png=image/png mimetype.svg=image/svg+xml
