Still getting this error: error: remote 'refs/heads/working' is not a strict subset of local ref 'refs/heads/working'. maybe you are not up-to-date and need to pull first? error: failed to push to '/tmp/testpush'

I've tried applying the patch on the following commits, and maybe I'm smoking something but I can't get it to pass my test script.

Can you let me know what commit you based the patch off of? I'm at work for the next 8 hours or so, so I can't look in to this a whole lot until tonight.
