[PATCH] Documentation: remove redundant 'instead' in --subject-prefix

The documentation for --subject-prefix has two words "instead" in the same sentence, making it a little bit confusing to read.
Change the order of the phrase to a more natural "Use [...] instead of [...]" structure.
