[PATCH] Use core.sharedrepository consistently.

'git init-db --shared' sets 'core.sharedRepository' but in setup.c 'core.sharedrepository' is checked instead. This trivial patch fixes both init-db.c and its documentation to use 'core.sharedrepository'.
