From
Ronnie Sahlberg <sahlberg@google.com>
Date
Aug 19, 2014, 16:30 UTC
Message-ID
<1408465847-30384-8-git-send-email-sahlberg@google.com>
In-Reply-To
<1408465847-30384-1-git-send-email-sahlberg@google.com>

This change moves read_ref_at() to the refs.c file since this function does not contain any backend specific code.
