[PATCH 0/2] Add commit message options for rebase --autosquash

This change adds new command line options to git-commit to make it easy to specify messages for commits destined for 'rebase -i --autosquash'.

The first commit adds the new options to git-commit.

The second commit adds tests of the new options. The tests only look for properly formed commit messages and expected error conditions. They do not test the rebase --autosquash functionality.
