[PATCH] gitignore: Ignore the new /git-remote-{ext,fd} helpers

Change the top-level .gitignore to include the new /git-remote-{ext,fd} helpers. They were added as part of the il/rfc-remote-fd-ext, but .gitignore wasn't proprely updated in that series..
