Update copyright information in file header, and remove obsolete copyright information from the comment in HTML head, in the output.

Am I the only person that doesn't think that there's a community based copyright? Isn't it a matter of people (or a company in case of paid work by an employee)???

I'm wondering about it too, this kind of (C) makes no sense to me. But IANAL...
