Scenario:
- There is a public Git repository.
- Someone accidentally commits users' personal information.
- The mistake is eventually discovered.
- The personal information must completely and immediately be removed
from Git history.

Suggestion:
- The removal should be simple, easy and fast.
- It should not require coordination with developers or require them to:
-- pause development
-- rebase
-- cherry-pick
-- merge
-- manually reconcile branches
-- perform any other history-rewrite operation
- Developers should be able to continue working normally before,
during, and after the purge.
