[PATCH] config.mak.uname: PCRE1 cleanup

    config.mak.uname: PCRE1 cleanup
    
    Git for Windows carried a patch retiring PCRE1 for a long time that was
    superseded by ab/retire-pcre1. This is the surviving remainder of that
    patch.
