Hi,

I know it's bit too late but I was busy with some other stuff. I have applied 
for GSoC under libgit for this project "Port packfile creation optimisations 
to libgit2". I request all the mentors and concerned people to please review 
my proposal and suggest some possible changes.

Not sure what you mean by that, personally I have access to the
