Subject: [PATCH] Don't fail in http-pull if URL is missing a '/' at the end
Message-ID: <Pine.LNX.4.58.0504250917110.9176@sam.ics.uci.edu>
URL: https://gitlist.dev/e/Pine.LNX.4.58.0504250917110.9176%40sam.ics.uci.edu

```
http-pull fails if the URL doesn't end with a '/'. This patch adds one if
needed.
