[PATCH] Makefile: add NO_FNMATCH_CASEFOLD to HP-UX section

fnmatch() on HP-UX does not support the GNU FNM_CASEFOLD extension, so set NO_FNMATCH_CASEFOLD to use the internal fnmatch implementation.

Thanks. This looks good to me, I didn't have a HP-UX system to test on when I wrote this.
