Then do something like all:: $(MAKE) -C ../.. \ PERL_SCRIPT=contrib/mw-to-git/git-remote-mediawiki.perl \ build-perl-script install:: $(MAKE) -C ../.. \ PERL_SCRIPT=contrib/mw-to-git/git-remote-mediawiki.perl \ install-perl-script in this step.
