Lets see:

	D:\Src>git clone http://repo.or.cz/r/kdbg.git
	Initialized empty Git repository in d:/Src/kdbg/.git/
	http transport not supported, rebuild Git with curl support

Which part of "http transport not supported" requires further explanation?
