I personally think something like

	SYNOPSIS
	--------
	/usr/share/gitweb/gitweb.cgi
	git instaweb

or perhaps something like

	SYNOPSIS
	--------
	http://<site>/?p=<project>.git;a=<action>;h=<object>;<parameters>
	http://<site>/<project>/<action>/<object>?<parameters>

would be best.
