Sorry the question was not clear. git branch -r -d did exactly what I need. I guess I just didn't know how to ask for it. Another happy discovery. Using git branch -r -d, I was able to delete my svn-remotes. Now when I run git svn fetch --fetch-all, it appears to fetch only from the remaining branches that I didn't delete.
