From: Johannes Schindelin via GitGitGadget Date: Tue, 16 Dec 2025 11:46:15 GMT Subject: [PATCH v3 08/10] t1305: skip symlink tests that do not apply to Windows Message-ID: <03ff6d756d323616b16089b92afeb9a2617518f5.1765885577.git.gitgitgadget@gmail.com> In-Reply-To: From: Johannes Schindelin In Git for Windows, the gitdir is canonicalized so that even when the gitdir is specified via a symbolic link, the `gitdir:` conditional include will only match the real directory path. Unfortunately, t1305 codifies a different behavior in two test cases, which are hereby skipped on Windows.
