Commits prefixed with '-' are only in 'seen', and\naren't considered \"accepted\" at all and may be annotated with a URL\nto a message that raises issues but they are by no means exhaustive.\nA topic without enough support may be discarded after a long period\nof no activity (of course they can be resubmitted when new interests\narise).\n\nGit 2.55-rc1 has been tagged and pushed out.
