The changes are similar to what\nJunio suggested in https://lore.kernel.org/all/xmqqbjraf29c.fsf@gitster.g/\n\nThe second patch adds the `sendemail.outlookidfix` config option to the\ndocumentation, which corresponds to the `--outlook-id-fix` command line\noption. The documentation of the same was left by mistake before.\n\nThe third patch adds an OAuth2.0 credential helper link for AOL accounts\nto the documentation.\n\nThe fourth patch adds a paragraph explaining the `sendmailCmd` option of\ngit send-email, and giving users an idea of how it can be used to support\nproprietary APIs like Proton Mail API.\n\nThe last patch adds a paragraph explaining the options available for\nProton Mail, which has been increasing in popularity recently.\n\nP.S. all the patches are being sent using `git-protonmail`, linked in\nthe fourth and fifth patch!\n\nAditya Garg (5):\n docs: link OpenSSL's verify(1) manual page to know about -CAfile and\n -CApath options\n docs: add outlookidfix config option to sendemail documentation\n docs: add an OAuth2.0 credential helper for AOL accounts\n docs: add a paragraph explaining the `sendmailCmd` option of sendemail\n docs: mention possible options for Proton Mail users\n\n Documentation/config/sendemail.adoc | 9 +++--\n Documentation/git-send-email.adoc | 54 +++++++++++++++++++++++++----\n 2 files changed, 55 insertions(+), 8 deletions(-)\n\n-- \n2.50.0.windows.1\n\n\n"},{"id":"520942","messageId":"20250630180511.499-2-gargaditya08@proton.me","threadId":"63714","inReplyTo":"20250630180511.499-1-gargaditya08@proton.me","subject":"[PATCH 1/5] docs: link OpenSSL's verify(1) manual page to know about -CAfile and -CApath options","fromName":"Aditya Garg","fromEmail":"gargaditya08@proton.me","sentAt":"2025-06-30T18:06:28Z","receivedAt":"2025-06-30T18:06:34Z","isPatch":true,"sender":{"key":"gargaditya08@proton.me","avatar":null},"body":"From: Aditya Garg <gargaditya08@live.com>\n\nThe description of `--smtp-ssl-cert-path` in the git-send-email documentation\nmentions consulting OpenSSL's verify(1) manual page for details about the\n`-CAfile` and `-CApath` options.
