Hoping to see some of you become long-term members of the \ncommunity :-)\n\nWe just wanted to keep you informed regarding the limit of projects that \nthe Git project could mentor this year. Though there are many project \nideas, considering the bandwidth of available mentors, the Git project \nwould only mentor up to 2 or 3 contributors this year.\n\nThis is not a hard and fast rule, though. It may change if more \ncommunity members are willing to mentor in the coming days.
