Please the following\ndescription.\nThank you for filling out a Git bug report!\nPlease answer the following questions to help us understand your issue.\n\nWhat did you do before the bug happened? (Steps to reproduce your issue)\nPlease note that 'ls' command just an example, it's happening with any\ncommand.\nThis is a relatively simple bug. when we double-type a command, like 'ls'.\nHowever, in the Ubuntu environment, the command only occurs once when we\npress the top arrow to use the prior command.\nIt is identical when using git bash.\nRepeat these steps:\nType \"ls: in git bash.\n2. Type \"ls\" once more.\n3. To return to the previous command, use the top arrow.\nAs you can see, the number of times we type the can command 'ls' does not\nmatter; it only needs to occur once.\nPlease be aware that the command \"ls\" is only an example; this can happen\nwith any command.\n\nWhat did you expect to happen? (Expected behavior)\nIt's only need to appear once time and remove duplicated for more\nconvenience.\n\nWhat happened instead? (Actual behavior)\nIt's depending on how many times we type that command.\n\nWhat's different between what you expected and what actually happened?\nAs described above.\nAnything else you want to add:\n\nPlease review the rest of the bug report below.\nYou can delete any lines you don't wish to share.\n\n\n[System Info]\ngit version:\ngit version 2.33.0.windows.2\ncpu: x86_64\nbuilt from commit: 8735530946cced809cc6cc4c2ca3b078cdb3dfc8\nsizeof-long: 4\nsizeof-size_t: 8\nshell-path: /bin/sh\nfeature: fsmonitor--daemon\nuname: Windows 10.0 22621 \ncompiler info: gnuc: 10.3\nlibc info: no libc information available\n$SHELL (typically, interactive shell): C:\\Program Files\\Git\\usr\\bin\\bash.exe\n\n\n[Enabled Hooks]\n\n\n--\nThanks and Best Regards!\n---------------------------------------------------\nSang Truong Tan \n\nDepartment of Electronics\nHCMC University of Technology\nPhone: (+84) 977 600 563 or (+84) 908 983 574\nEmail: sang.tts.designer@gmail.com\n\n\n"},{"id":"473728","messageId":"002601d95a64$57312bd0$05938370$@gmail.com","threadId":"59414","inReplyTo":"001d01d95a63$f1fa38b0$d5eeaa10$@gmail.com","subject":"RE: Bug Report with Git Bash","fromName":"","fromEmail":"sang.tts.designer@gmail.com","sentAt":"2023-03-19T13:11:36Z","receivedAt":"2023-03-19T13:11:47Z","isPatch":false,"sender":{"key":"sang.tts.designer@gmail.com","avatar":null},"body":"Dear Martin,\nWhat a very quick response!\nI just tried your recommendation, and it works.\nThere is no word that can explain my appreciation, to be honest!\nThanks a million.\n\n--\nThanks and Best Regards!\n---------------------------------------------------\nSang Truong Tan \n\nDepartment of Electronics\nHCMC University of Technology\nPhone: (+84) 977 600 563 or (+84) 908 983 574\nEmail: mailto:sang.tts.designer@gmail.com\n\nFrom: Martin Ågren <mailto:martin.agren@gmail.com> \nSent: Sunday, March 19, 2023 7:28 PM\nTo: mailto:sang.tts.designer@gmail.com\nCc: mailto:git@vger.kernel.org\nSubject: Re: Bug Report with Git Bash\n\nHi,\n\nOn Sunday, 19 March 2023, <mailto:sang.tts.designer@gmail.com> wrote:\nThis is a relatively simple bug. when we double-type a command, like 'ls'.\nHowever, in the Ubuntu environment, the command only occurs once when we\npress the top arrow to use the prior command.\nIt is identical when using git bash.\nRepeat these steps:\nType \"ls: in git bash.\n2.
