(It's unlikely this is causing any problem; it just\nmeans you have 4 remote-tracking refs for each branch in\nnuminds/testapp.\n\n>\n> git push origin master\n> Username for 'https://github.com': numinds\n> Password for 'https://numinds@github.com':\n> Enumerating objects: 3050, done.\n> Counting objects: 100% (3050/3050), done.\n> Compressing objects: 100% (2816/2816), done.\n> Writing objects: 100% (3050/3050), 6.01 MiB | 15.23 MiB/s, done.\n> Total 3050 (delta 120), reused 3050 (delta 120)\n> remote: Resolving deltas: 100% (120/120), done.\n>\n> To https://github.com/numinds/testapp.git\n>\n>  * [new branch]      master -> master\n>\n> Obviously, I'm missing something in the process.\n\nSo you're explicitly pushing \"master\". Is that the branch you have\nchecked out? What does \"git branch\" or \"git status\" show? If you have\nsome other branch checked out but you push \"master\", then your changes\nwon't be visible.\n\nYour example steps don't actually show anything related to making\nchanges. They show your remotes (excessive, but functional) and they\nshow a successful push. They don't show you modifying any files or\ncommitting any files.\n\nPerhaps you can provide some more details? Everything you've shown so\nfar looks fine.\n\nBest regards,\nBryan Turner\n"}]}
