I think many people had a vacation\naround January 1st and I think that's why your email fell through the\ncracks.\n\n> I previously solved 2 issues[1][2] with the help of dscho and looking\n> forward to work on more before working on minor project to have a good\n> understanding of Git's Code. Could you give us more details about that?\nFor example if you sent emails to the mailing list could you send\nlinks to those emails?\n\nIf you have already sent patches to the mailing list and they have\nbeen accepted, you don't need to work on a microproject and I would\nthen suggest to look at the following:\n\nhttps://public-inbox.org/git/CAP8UFD2Fo=2suQDLwzLM-Wg3ZzXpqHw-x0brPtPV0d4dRsgs9A@mail.gmail.com/\n\nBest,\nChristian.\n"},{"id":"390302","messageId":"CA+CkUQ8vDG6HHyzX=bEEmzsZX0uCm4cpRD5zev5tY18ZFueuPw@mail.gmail.com","threadId":"52547","inReplyTo":"CAP8UFD20Jh4HRBUTUfy6t72r_wyX3F2RWoyRVwBx4dY2VfhrbA@mail.gmail.com","subject":"Re: [GSOC] Introduction","fromName":"Hariom verma","fromEmail":"hariom18599@gmail.com","sentAt":"2020-01-23T20:18:13Z","receivedAt":"2020-01-23T20:18:26Z","isPatch":false,"sender":{"key":"hariom18599@gmail.com","avatar":"https://avatars.githubusercontent.com/u/37576387?v=4"},"body":"Hi Christian,\n\nOn Thu, Jan 23, 2020 at 4:46 PM Christian Couder\n<christian.couder@gmail.com> wrote:\n>\n> It is not clear looking only at the links if the issues you solved\n> have resulted in some patches posted to the Git mailing list or just\n> fixes in Git for Windows. Those are just minor\nissues, so I don't they can be qualify as microproject. Although I\nforgot to tag [GSoC] with the patches.\n\nFew Doubts:\n1. Do I need to tag [GSoC] with every patch I will send before GSoC or\njust only with a microproject?\n2. Can I use GitGitGadget throughout the GSoC period and for my\nmicroproject?
