I won't even have a computer with me, \nmuch less do any development.\n\nAnyway, especially with the new diff-tree, it all pretty much does what I \nwant, and I don't have any huge wish-list entries left. Now it's more \nabout getting people used to it, and making all the scripts nice and \nfriendly, as far as I'm concerned. Maybe in a week, you guys will have \nmade CVS go away. I hope so.\n\nIt's pretty exactly a month since I started, and I really think you guys \ncan do a better job by now.\n\n\t\t\tLinus\n"},{"id":"2716","messageId":"200505062320.QAA00974@emf.net","threadId":"516","inReplyTo":"Pine.LNX.4.58.0505061558400.2233@ppc970.osdl.org","subject":"the blob metanet (welcome to the future)","fromName":"Tom Lord","fromEmail":"lord@emf.net","sentAt":"2005-05-06T23:20:46Z","receivedAt":"2005-05-06T23:20:46Z","isPatch":false,"sender":{"key":"lord@emf.net","avatar":null},"body":"\n\nCheck it out...\n\n http://www.seyza.com/=clients/linus/tree/src/libdx/blob-xmt.html\n\nThis is handy background:\n\n http://www.seyza.com/=clients/linus/tree/src/liblob/index.html\n\nand neither of those documents are works of art yet -- just something\nI should not be sitting on.\n\n-t\n"},{"id":"2718","messageId":"20050506232254.GI32629@pasky.ji.cz","threadId":"516","inReplyTo":"200505062320.QAA00974@emf.net","subject":"Re: the blob metanet (welcome to the future)","fromName":"Petr Baudis","fromEmail":"pasky@ucw.cz","sentAt":"2005-05-06T23:22:54Z","receivedAt":"2005-05-06T23:22:54Z","isPatch":false,"sender":{"key":"pasky@ucw.cz","avatar":"https://avatars.githubusercontent.com/u/18439?v=4"},"body":"Dear diary, on Sat, May 07, 2005 at 01:20:46AM CEST, I got a letter\nwhere Tom Lord <lord@emf.net> told me that...\n> Check it out...\n> \n> http://www.seyza.com/=clients/linus/tree/src/libdx/blob-xmt.html\n> \n> This is handy background:\n> \n> http://www.seyza.com/=clients/linus/tree/src/liblob/index.html\n> \n> and neither of those documents are works of art yet -- just something\n> I should not be sitting on.\n\nDo you think you could make the pages not have all the content enclosed\nwithin an HTML comment, please?\n\nThanks,\n\n-- \n\t\t\t\tPetr \"Pasky\" Baudis\nStuff: http://pasky.or.cz/\nC++: an octopus made by nailing extra legs onto a dog. -- Steve Taylor\n"},{"id":"2719","messageId":"200505062327.QAA01095@emf.net","threadId":"516","inReplyTo":"20050506232254.GI32629@pasky.ji.cz","subject":"Re: the blob metanet (welcome to the future)","fromName":"Tom Lord","fromEmail":"lord@emf.net","sentAt":"2005-05-06T23:27:43Z","receivedAt":"2005-05-06T23:27:43Z","isPatch":false,"sender":{"key":"lord@emf.net","avatar":null},"body":"\nGAH!\n\n From: Petr Baudis <pasky@ucw.cz>\n\n Do you think you could make the pages not have all the content enclosed\n within an HTML comment, please?\n\nYes, i'll fix that.
