Git users,\n\nIt is my pleasure to announce that Git for Windows 2.10.0 is available.\nThis time, I even blogged about it, primarily because I am so excited\nabout the speed improvements of rebase -i:\n\nhttps://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/visualstudioalm/2016/09/03/whats-new-in-git-for-windows-2-10/\n\nAs always, you can download it from: https://git-for-windows.github.io/\n\nChanges since Git for Windows v2.9.3(2) (August 25th 2016)\n\nNew Features\n\n • Comes with Git v2.10.0.\n • The git rebase -i command was made faster by reimplementing large\n parts in C.\n • After helping the end-users to use the new defaults for PATH and\n FSCache, the installer now respects the saved settings again.\n • git version --build-options now also reports the architecture.\n\nBug Fixes\n\n • When upgrading Git for Windows, the installer no longer opens a\n second window while uninstalling the previous version.\n • Git for Windows' SDK can build an installer out of the box again,\n without requiring an extra package to be installed.\n\nFilename | SHA-256\n-------- | -------\nGit-2.10.0-64-bit.exe |
