couldn’t find any documentation on submitting patches for gitk.\nI saw in Documentation/SubmittingPatches that gitk is maintained in\nits own repo.\nI can’t clone repo’s unless they’re http while on my corporate proxy.\nI’m hoping someone can help me out or just do it for me ;-)\nI’d like to revert 66db14c94c95f911f55575c7fdf74c026443d482.\n\nThat commit just renamed “green” to “lime”\nIt causes gitk to not start up on when ran through VNC.\nIt works fine on that same system natively or over X11 forwarding but not VNC.\nIt also seems from the following link/quote improper to use “lime” anyway.\n\nFrom http://www.tkdocs.com/tutorial/fonts.html .. quote:\n    Tk recognizes the set of color names defined by X11;\n    normally these are not used, except for very common\n    ones such as \"red\", \"black\", There is\ninformation right in\nDocumentation/SubmittingPatches [1]. The primary difference is that\nyou should clone\ngitk and build your patch from that.
